About the minimum share of purchases of goods of the Russian origin
According to Item 1 of part 8 of article 3 of the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish according to appendix the minimum share of purchases of goods of the Russian origin determined as a percentage of purchasing amount of the goods (including goods delivered in case of accomplishment of the purchased works, rendering the purchased services) the corresponding type performed by the customer in reporting year.
2. For the purposes of this resolution goods of the Russian origin the goods included are recognized:
in the register of the industrial output made in the territory of the Russian Federation, No. 616 provided by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2020 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of the manufactured goods coming from foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for the state and municipal needs, and also manufactured goods coming from foreign states, works (services) performed (rendered) by foreign persons for the purposes of implementation of purchases for needs of defense of the country and safety of the state";
in the unified register of the Russian radio-electronic products provided by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 10, 2019 No. 878 "About measures of production incentive of radio-electronic products in the territory of the Russian Federation when implementing purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, about modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2016 No. 925 and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation";
in the Eurasian register of manufactured goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, procedure for forming and which maintaining it is established by the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. The purchases of goods, works, services begun till January 1, 2021 come to the end by rules which were effective before entry into force of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021 and is applied to the purchases of goods, works, services performed since January 1, 2021.
