For the purpose of streamlining of carrying special and departmental dress code, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of carrying special and departmental dress code" of December 3, 2015 No. 829 the following changes:
in the List of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic which staff have the right to carrying special and departmental dress code, approved by the above-stated resolution:
in the Section "Special Dress Code":
- word in paragraph four" (except for the staff of the State center of judicial examinations under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic)" to exclude;
- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Courier service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic";
in the Section "Departmental Dress Code":
- in paragraph three to replace the word of "communications" with the word of "roads";
- the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The state company "Service of Special Communication" under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
