About some questions of public institution "Baykonyrbalans" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Rename public institution "Baykonyrbalans" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan into republican public institution "Baykonyrbalans" of Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization).
2. Determine Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning organization.
3. To provide to the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) approval of the charter of organization;
2) the state re-registration of organization in judicial authorities;
3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
