About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the organization of activities of educational institutions of professional (professional) education with specific conditions of training

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About professional (professional) education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 32, Art. 215 with subsequent changes):

Article 5 to add 1) with part eight of such content:

"Persons have the right repeatedly gratuitously at the same level to get professional (professional) education on other qualification, profession (group of professions), specialty on the terms of tender for the state (regional) order in the public and utility institutions of professional (professional) education, including person who get education in organizations of professional (professional) education with specific conditions of training if for health reasons they lost opportunity to perform work on the qualification received earlier that is confirmed by the conclusion of medico-social commission of experts";

Article 7 to add 2) with part four of the following content:

"The central executive bodies which sphere of management organizations of professional (professional) education with specific conditions of training treat have the right regulatory legal acts to establish special requirements to creation and management of professional (professional) education of organizations, acceptance to positions of heads and pedagogical workers, to Regulations of Admission of persons to training, the organization of educational process, material logistics, procedure for contribution, interruption of training, recovery and transfer of persons to organizations of professional (professional) education with specific conditions of training";

Article 14 after part one to add 3) with new part of such content:

"Regulations of Admission of persons to training in organizations of professional (professional) education with specific conditions of training are established by the central executive bodies which management sphere they treat according to the legislation".
