1. Appendix No. 7 to the pricing Bases in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1178 "About pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 4, Art. 504; 2019, No. 27, Art. 3589; 2020, No. 12, of the Art. 1777) to add with Item 3 (1) the following content:
"3(1). When calculating regulated prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity) for suppliers - the subjects of the wholesale market owning on the property right or on other legal cause by the thermal power plants functioning in the territory of not price zones of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity of the Far East (The southern Yakut, Western and Central districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Primorsky Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, the Amur region, the Jewish Autonomous Region), using method of long-term indexation of necessary gross revenue the uncontrollable expenses specified in Item 3 of this document join the incurred expenses connected with variation of the fuel prices determined according to Item 29 of Bases of pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1178 "About pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry", from the planned prices of fuel considered in case of establishment of rates for electrical energy for the thermal power plants belonging on the property right or on other legal cause to the specified suppliers - to subjects of the wholesale market during the period of application of method of indexation of rates.".
2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
