According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2020 from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects, consumption expense reallocation in the way:

reduction of their amount according to the budget program 1006130 "Surcharge implementation to faces of the private and the commanding structure of bodies and divisions of civil protection which provide life activity of the population for action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus to health and other workers of healthcare institutions, directly busy at works on liquidation of disease of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus at the expense of the funds allocated from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" on 22192, by 6 thousand hryvnias (from them compensation - 18678, to 6 thousand hryvnias);

increases in their amount according to the budget program 1001240 "Surcharge implementation to health and other workers of healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine who are directly engaged at works on liquidation of disease of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus at the expense of the funds allocated from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" on 22192, by 6 thousand hryvnias (from them compensation - 19288 thousand hryvnias).
