About modification of the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of procedure for conducting cash transactions by subjects of managing in national currency in Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2017 No. 148 (with changes), such changes:

Subitems 13, of 14, of the 18th Item 3 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"13) the book of accounting - the cash book, the book of accounting of the cash issued and accepted by the senior teller, the book of accounting of settlement transactions (in case of its use), the book of accounting of the income and expenses;

14) the book of accounting of the income and expenses - the document of the established form applied according to the legislation of Ukraine to reflection of movement of cash. The form of the corresponding book of accounting of the income and expenses affirms the central executive body providing forming of the state financial policy according to requirements of the Tax code of Ukraine;";

"18) receipt of cash - carrying out the cash accounting by subjects of managing in cash desk on full amount of its actual receipts in the cash book / book of accounting of the income and expenses / the fiscal reporting check / the electronic fiscal reporting check / the settlement receipt;";
