About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 589

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan" figures "149" and "145" to replace No. 589 respectively with figures "170" and "166".

2. To add Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 589, with the thirty fifth paragraph of the following content:

"-development, coordination and implementation of state policy of development of digital economy and green economy in the country;".

3. Add the Structure of Central office of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 589, the sixth paragraph of the following content:

"Management of development of digital economy".
