1. Bring in Procedures of establishment of rates for heat energy, its production, transportation, delivery, the National commission approved by the resolution performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, of March 31, 2016 No. 528, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on July 20, 2016 for No. 993/29123, such changes:

Item 1.8 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.8. The solution of NKREKP concerning establishment of rates become effective from the date of, their promulgation following behind day on the NKREKP official website if later term of entry into force is not established by the decision, but not earlier than day of promulgation of the decision. NKREKP will promulgate the decisions no later than five working days from the date of their acceptance.";

To replace 2) in Items 3.2 and 3.3 of Chapter 3 of the word of "one calendar month" with figures and the words "30 calendar days".
