About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2004 No. 300-Z "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Architecture, and also procedure for development, approval, approval and conducting state examination of the project documentation Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus":
in preamble of the word "For the purpose of Realization" shall be replaced with words "Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine:
the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Architecture according to appendix 1;
the list of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and the Ministries of Architecture, according to appendix 2 are transferred to the control.";
in Item 3 to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 3";
add the resolution with appendices 1 and 2 (are applied);
in signature stamp of appendix to this resolution the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 3";
in Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "the laws of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "laws";
