average expense rate of the imported raw materials and materials on production of unit of the finished goods which are turned out on the equipment within the investment project with indication of the name and amount of the used raw materials and materials (it is filled in case of release from taxation with customs duties when importing these raw materials and materials, and also in case of exemption of the value added tax when importing raw materials and (or) materials);

list of necessary processing equipment;

novelty of processing equipment (date of issue and model of the equipment).";

2. To provide to committee on investments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
