About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 3, 2018 No. 197

For the purpose of realization of Item 6 of the Protocol on procedure for forming and distribution of official statistical information of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 4 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 3, 2018 No. 197 "About provision of the Eurasian economic commission of official statistical information by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 3, 2018 No. 197

1. In the list of statistics of the official statistical information provided to the Eurasian economic commission by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, approved by the specified Decision in line items 213, 214 and 343 - 348 in the column "Frequency" to replace the word "semi-annual" with the word "annual".

2. In formats of provision of the Eurasian economic commission of official statistical information by authorized bodies of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the specified Decision:

a) in the F12.01.04 and F12.02.04 formats of the word "Quarter (Q 1, Q 2, Q 3, Q 4)" shall be replaced with words "Quarter (1 - 4) the accruing result";

b) in the F12.03.01 format 1 to exclude column 2 and footnote;

c) in the F12.04.04, F12.06 formats. F12.07.04 and F12.09.04 of the word "Quarter (Q 1, Q 2, Q 3, Q 4)" shall be replaced with words 04, "Quarter (1 - 4) the accruing result";

d) in the F12.10.04 format of the word "Quarter (Q 1, Q 2, Q 3, Q 4)" shall be replaced with words "Quarter (1 - 4) by the end of the reporting period";

e) in the F13.09.04 format to state the note in the following edition:

"Note. The weighted average interest rate on the credits is the nominal interest rate in annual basis weighed on amount of the loans granted in the accounting period. For the Russian Federation this indicator is calculated on the basis of value arithmetic average according to monthly data for the accounting period.";
