"Prosecutors and investigators in case of accomplishment of service duties by them on presentation of the official ID have the right to use free of charge in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan urban, suburban and district public transport (except for taxi), and employees of transport prosecutor's offices, within the serviced zones - railway, air transport, irrespective of their departmental accessory. The procedure for covering of expenses on free use of transport services is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
