About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and the General inspectorate of carabineers No. 1544/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "Pensions Act of the National Social Insurance" shall be replaced with words "The law on the public pension system No. 156/1998" in the corresponding case, and other changes provided by this Item belong only to the text in state language.

(1) Military personnel, persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, and also government employees with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration and the General inspectorate of carabineers and the members of their families having the permanent residence in the countries with which the Republic of Moldova did not sign the agreement on social guarantees and provision of pensions of the former military personnel and members of their families have pension entitlement according to conditions of this law.
