1. In Article 1 part three the word of "rates" shall be replaced with words "the tariff charges (tariff salaries), salaries, official".
2. To exclude from Article 1-1 of the word "Republic of Belarus".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 1992 No. 1914-XII "About conscription and military service" the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
third after the word "further" to add the paragraph with words "if other is not established,";
word in paragraph six "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislation";
to exclude from the paragraph of the seventh word "The Republic of Belarus (Further — Transport Troops)".
2. In Article 2:
to exclude from part two of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in word part three of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislations".
3. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legal regulation in the field of execution of conscription
Legal regulation in the field of execution of conscription (the constitutional debt on protection of the Republic of Belarus) is performed according to the legislation in the field of execution of conscription and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
The legislation in the field of execution of conscription is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which contain in this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
