About introduction of amendments to the Law on veterinary and sanitary activities No. 221/2007
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on veterinary and sanitary activities No. 221/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. The changes made by this Item are brought only in the text in state language.
2. In all text of the law;
shall be replaced with words the words "the authorized freely practicing veterinarian" "veterinarian" in the corresponding number and case;
the words "medical medicine of veterinary appointment", "veterinary medical medicine" and "medical medicine" shall be replaced with words "medicine of veterinary appointment" in the corresponding number and case.
3. In Article 2:
exclude the concepts "kontsessionirovanny veterinary and sanitary activities", "kontsessionirovaniye" and "the authorized freely practicing veterinarian";
after the concept "national veterinary and sanitary strategy" to add Article with the concept "veterinarian" of the following content:
"the veterinarian - any face, the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, the foreign citizen or the stateless person having the diploma about the integrated higher education in the field of veterinary medicine issued by higher educational institution of the Republic of Moldova, or the education document received abroad officially recognized and equated in the Republic of Moldova;";
state the concept "veterinary sanitary inspection" of the following edition:
"veterinary sanitary inspection - set of the operations performed by veterinarians by means of which control of veterinary and sanitary activities is exercised;";
after the concept "object" to add Article with the concept "nonprofessional livestock company" of the following content:
