Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2002 No. 136-Z "About nationality of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. To add article 3 after the paragraph of the fifth with the paragraph of the following content:
"in case of decision making concerning children concerning nationality the best interests of the child are considered;".
2. To add article 12 after the paragraph of the fourth with the paragraph of the following content:
"owing to recovery in nationality of the Republic of Belarus;".
3. In Article 14:
in part one:
in the paragraph the second to replace words of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" with the word "legislations";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"lives in the Republic of Belarus after receipt of permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus within five years continuously. The term of residence in the Republic of Belarus is considered continuous if during permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus within the last five years to the address with the application for admission to nationality of the Republic of Belarus person left the Republic of Belarus for the term of no more than ninety days in calendar year;";
third to state part in the following edition:
"The acceptance condition in the nationality of the Republic of Belarus provided by the paragraph the fourth parts one of this Article can not be applied for:
Belarusians, and also for persons identifying themselves as Belarusians, and their descendants (blood relatives in a straight line: children, grandsons, great-grandsons);
