About measures for further development of engineering and communication infrastructure in regions

For the purpose of further development of engineering and communication infrastructure of special economic and small industrial zones, support of subjects of entrepreneurship during creation of infrastructure of large production projects with participation of direct investments, social and economic development of regions, and also consecutive realization of the tasks determined in the Strategy of actions by five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021:

1. Take into consideration that within the Development program of social and production infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocation of 1 trillion sum on actions for construction in 2021 of external engineering and communication networks for special economic and small industrial zones, the projects giving impetus to social and economic development of regions, and also large production projects with participation of direct foreign and domestic investments is provided.

2. Determine that covering of expenses on:

a) actions for construction of external engineering and communication networks for special economic zones, and also large production projects with participation of direct foreign and domestic investments are performed for the account:

means of the Government budget - regarding works on construction, reconstruction and repair of networks of drinking water, the sewerage and highways;

means of the budget advance allocated from the republican budget for rate of 5 percent with condition of return to three-year term - regarding works on construction, reconstruction and repair of networks of electrical energy and natural gas according to the design estimates approved by the supplying companies respectively for the purpose of covering of actual expenses of the supplying companies on carrying out these works;

own means of the supplying companies and subjects of entrepreneurship - regarding works on construction, reconstruction and repair of communication networks according to the design estimates approved by the supplying companies;
