Article 1. Bring in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145, No. 7, h 1, Art. 391, No. 11, Art. 644; 2015 No. 3, Art. 202, No. 7-9, Art. 709, Art. 710, Art. 711, No. 11, Art. 956, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1109; 2016, No. 3, Art. 133, No. 7, Art. 615; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 276; 2018, No. 1, Art. 8, No. 5, Art. 270, Art. 271; 2020, No. 1, Art. 7, No. 7-9, Art. 601, Art. 605, Art. 622) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 87:

- add with part 4 following of content:

"4. When making administrative offense, stipulated in Article 295(1) Codes of the Republic of Tajikistan about administrative offenses, the protocol on administrative offense is not constituted. In this case administrative punishment is drawn up by the form which sample is established by monitoring body and to regulation in the field of transport, and in case of collection of penalty on site of making of administrative offense, the receipt of the established sample is issued to person who made administrative offense.";

- regarding 4 figures "1-3" to replace with figures "1-4";

- respectively to consider parts 4 and 5 parts 5 and 6.

2. To add part 1 of article 111 after figures "290-294," with figures "295,".
