1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. add Item 1 with subitem 1.6 of the following content:

"1.6. the inventory (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade.";

1.2. to exclude Item 30 of the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade no more than 90 days within one year approved by this resolution;

1.3. add the resolution with the inventory (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
