2. The documents formed when implementing notarial activities by officials of foreign institutions are transferred to notarial archive of the Minsk city notarial district.
The documents formed when implementing notarial activities by authorized officers are transferred to notarial archive of that notarial district in the territory of which there is the relevant local executive and administrative organ (further, unless otherwise specified, - executive committee).

Completing of notarial archives the documents formed when implementing notarial activities by authorized officers, officials of foreign institutions (further - documents), is performed according to lists of executive committees, diplomatic representations of the Republic of Belarus and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus (further, unless otherwise specified, - foreign institutions) - sources of completing of notarial archives.
