About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2019 No. 58
Based on subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 No. 95 "About some questions of information collection, not containing in the state statistical reporting" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2019 No. 58 "About the departmental reporting of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus for 2020" the following changes:
1.1. in paragraph eleven of Item 1 and in Item 4.2 of the list of forms of the departmental reporting of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus for 2020 approved by this resolution to replace the words "the state off-budget" with the word "republican";
1.2. forms of the departmental reporting "Data on application of funds on implementation of actions of the State program of development of transport complex of the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2020" and "The status report of calculations for contributions to state non-budgetary fund of civil aviation", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2020.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
