About modification of article 18-1 of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 18-1 of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the new subparagraph of the following content:
"-request and obtaining from drugstores and medical institutions of prospectuses of drugs, other pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products on state or Russian.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
