1. Bring in the Procedure for ensuring access of persons authorized on implementation of registration actions to Unified and State registers which creation and ensuring functioning is within the competence of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, No. 2586/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 15, 2015 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 15, 2015 for No. 1568/28013 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 03, 2020 No. 340/5), the following changes:
to add Item 6 paragraph two after the words "in the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate" with words ", the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";
the fourth Item 9 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Provision of access to the state registrars to the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate, to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming in the terms determined by paragraphs second and third this Item is performed on condition of connection them to means of additional identification with use of the one-time password.".
