About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 14-2:

(1-3) Pharmaceutical services are provided to persons with heavy restriction of opportunities also by the delivery of drugs to the house performed on the basis of the recipe including the recipe on the compensated drugs. Delivery cost is paid from funds of compulsory medical insurance according to the mechanism established by the National company of medical insurance.".

3. In Article 19:

part (to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) the Drugstores of open type placed in portable unit cannot sell the drugs containing narcotic, psychotropic substances and precursors.";
