About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about audiovisual media services No. 174/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about audiovisual media services No. 174/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 462-466, 766), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (2) Article 5 to recognize invalid.
2. Parts (4) - (8) Article 6 to recognize invalid.
3. Part (Article 17 to state 4) in the following edition:
"(4) For the purpose of protection of national audiovisual space and ensuring national security suppliers and distributors of media services have the right to include broadcast of television and broadcasting programs of military nature in service offerings, local or purchased in the third countries which correspond to provisions of the Concept and the Strategy of information security of the Republic of Moldova.".
4. Items a) - g) parts (2) Article 53 to recognize invalid.
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
