1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2006 No. 124 "About approval of Rules of passing of military service in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 19, the Art. 183) the following change:
in Rules of passing of military service in the Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
4) of Item 168 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) in connection with factual determination of the use of the psychoactive agent and state of intoxication in case of fulfillment of duties of military service confirmed with results of the medical examination which is carried out in the medical organization and also refusal or evasion of its passing - based on the conclusion of office investigation;".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
