1) in Article 32.5-2:
a) add Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:
"For the purpose of ensuring execution entered restrictions and (or) the prohibition provided by this Item, the body of insurance supervision has the right to make the decision on suspension of account transactions according to the bank accounts (deposits) opened to the subject of insurance case, transactions on the custody accounts (personal accounts) opened to the subject of insurance case fully or partially.
In case of decision making about suspension of the transactions specified in paragraph six of this Item, such decision is made by body of insurance supervision along with issue of the instruction on restriction and (or) on the prohibition on making of separate transactions according to the procedure established by body of insurance supervision according to the paragraph the second Item 5 of article 32.5-1 of this Law.
