Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About veterans" of April 7, 1995 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1995, No. 7-8, of Art. 67; 1996, No. 3, Art. 48; 1998, No. 22, Art. 295; 2004, No. 2, Art. 41; 2007, No. 7, Art. 657; 2010, No. 1, the Art. 18) the following changes and amendments:

1. 6) article 26 parts one after words "public" to add the subitem with the words "on presentation of the certificate".

2. In the subitem 9) of Item and) Article parts one 25, the subitem 6) of Article 28, the subitem 10) of Article 29, the subitem 5) of Article 30, the subitem 4) of Article 31, the subitem 7) of Article 33, the subitem 5) of Article part one 37, the subitem 3) of Article 38, paragraph one of the subitem 6) of Article 40, the subitem 13) of part one of Article 43 of the word" (except taxi)" shall be replaced with words "on presentation of the certificate (except for taxi)".

3. Add Article 45 with parts two, the third and fourth the following content:

"Expenses of passenger transport organizations on transportation of the veterans and persons equated to them in city boundaries, suburbs and the area become covered at the expense of means of the local budget.

Freight charges on rail, air transport and on long-distance route become covered at the expense of means of the republican budget.

The procedure for covering of expenses on free use of transport services is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
