About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (5) article 146 of the Code about elections No. 1381/1997 (repeated publication: Official the monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, 768), with subsequent changes to state Art. No. 451-463, in the following edition:
"(5) the Certificate of the local elected person is made and issued according to the procedure established by the Law on approval of the Regulations on the certificate of the local elected person and Regulations on the breastplate of the local elected person No. 256/2004.".
Art. II. - In article 26 of the Law on the status of the local elected person No. 768/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 34, of the Art. 231), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in part (1) words "the sample established by the law." shall be replaced with words "according to the sample established by the Law on approval of the Regulations on the certificate of the local elected person and Regulations on the breastplate of the local elected person No. 256/2004.";
in part (2) the word is "handed" shall be be replaced with words "are handed/are issued";
in part (3) the word is "handed" shall be be replaced with words "are handed/are issued".
Art. III. - Item 2 appendices to the Law on approval of the Standard regulations on education and functioning of local and regional councils No. 457/2003 (2003, 998), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 248-253, in the following edition:
"2. The representative of county electoral council or Central Election Commission informs advisers the decision of degree of jurisdiction on distribution of mandates of advisers in the respective district.".
