About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on drugs No. 1409/1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 52-53, 368), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

in the concept "registration of the price of the producer" of the word "in the National price catalog of the producer on drugs;" shall be replaced with words "in the National price catalog on drugs;";

state the concept "National Price Catalog of the Producer on Drugs" of the following edition:

"National price catalog on drugs (further - the National price catalog) - the official book of registration and accounting of the maximum prices of drugs approved by the Agency on drugs and medical products and operating in the Republic of Moldova for the person which can be on sale producers, owners of SRL, importers, wholesale suppliers and drugstores;";

after the concept "National Price Catalog of the Producer on Drugs" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"Price catalog on the compensated drugs - the official book of registration and accounting of the prices of the compensated drugs containing data on copayment of the patient and the amount compensated by National medical insurance company on one packaging of the trade name for the compensated international non-proprietary names which can be on sale in drugstores;".

2. Item l) parts (Article 6 to state 4) in the following edition:

"l) approval, approval and registration of the prices of the producer for drugs and establishment on the basis of the declared and approved price of the producer of maximum prices of drugs on which they can be on sale wholesale suppliers and drugstores, in national currency (Moldovan lei), with their inclusion in the National price catalog according to the methodology approved by the Government;".
