About introduction of amendments to article 84 of the Insolvency act No. 149/2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Article 84 of the Insolvency act No. 149/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 193-197, 663), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
add Article with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) Term of prohibition to leave the territory of the Republic of Moldova or the place of stay cannot exceed six months. In need of preserving prohibition on longer time it can be imposed repeatedly on motivated request of the managing director/liquidator, but no more than three times within one procedure of insolvency.";
part (to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) Action of the prohibitions provided by this Article except for of prohibition to leave the territory of the Republic of Moldova or the place of stay, extends to all course of process of insolvency if the degree of jurisdiction considering insolvency matter does not establish other.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
