About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning establishment of responsibility for declaring of unreliable information and failure to provide by the subject of declaring of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 172-6:

the paragraph one of part three after words "first or second" to add with words of "this Article";

in the note:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"Note. Subjects of declaring in this Article are persons specified in Item 1, subitems "an" and "v" of Item 2 parts one of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" who according to parts one, the second article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" shall submit the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government";

in the paragraph the second the word and figure "from 100 to 250" shall be replaced with words also in figures "from 100 to 500";

"The national agency concerning prevention of corruption (Article 172-4 - 172-9 (regarding the offenses made by officials who hold responsible and especially responsible position), 188-46, 212-15, 212-21-)" Item of 1 part one of Article 255 of the word and figure "specified in the note to article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" shall be replaced with words 2) in the note to the paragraph also in figures "holding the positions determined in the note to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption".

2. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):
