In paragraph four of Item 2 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather first-priority measures for reform of bodies of prosecutor's office" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 42, of the Art. 238) of the word and figures "parts four, the fifth, seventh, eighth Article 39" shall be replaced with words also in figures "paragraphs of the first - the fourth parts four, parts five, the seventh, eighth Article 39".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
