According to the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1180 "About cancellation of action of the special sanctions applied according to article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity", to the subitem 318 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 11, 2019 to No. 838), for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of August 1, 2002 No. 232 "About procedure for import licensing of the goods to Ukraine which are subject to application of special measures", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2002 for No. 685/6973, the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the word "department of non-tariff regulation" shall be replaced with words "department of licensing of the external economic transactions";

2) in Item 3:

in paragraph one:

shall be replaced with words words of "department of non-tariff regulation" "department of licensing of the external economic transactions";

"department of interaction from the WTO and trade protection" shall be replaced with words words "department of multilateral and bilateral trade agreements";
