1) in Article 1:

a) in Item 1 of the word of "improvement of the territories" shall be replaced with words "complex development of the territories and their improvement";

Such changes shall be made not later than ninety days from the date of approval of the site planning of the territory for the purpose of its complex development in time.";

7) in Article 28:

a) add part 3 with words ", except as specified, established by part 3.1 of this Article";

b) add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. In case of preparation of changes in connection with decision making about complex development of the territory public discussions or public hearings can be carried out to the master plan of the settlement, the master plan of the city district in borders of the territory on which the decision on complex development of the territory is made.";

8) in Article 30:

a) regarding 5.1 words "activities for complex and sustainable development of the territory, in case of planning of implementation of such activities" shall be replaced with words "complex development of the territory", words", providing implementation of activities for complex and sustainable development of the territory according to this Code" shall be replaced with words "about complex development of the territory";

b) add with part 5.2 following of content:

"5.2. 7) the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, local government body which made the decision on complex development of the territory, the legal entity created by the subject of the Russian Federation and providing implementation of the decision on complex development of the territory made by the subject of the Russian Federation (further - the legal entity determined by the subject of the Russian Federation), or person with whom the agreement on complex development of the territory for the purpose of implementation of the decision on complex development of the territory is signed.";

"3.4. In case of modification of rules of land use and building for the purpose of implementation of the decision on complex development of the territory, including according to part 5.2 of article 30 of this Code, such changes shall be made not later than ninety days from the date of approval of the site planning of the territory for the purpose of its complex development in time.";

11) Article 37 to add with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. From the date of decision making about complex development of the territory and about day of approval of documentation on the layout of the territory on which the decision on its complex development is made change of type of the permitted use of the parcels of land and (or) capital construction projects located in borders of such territory is not allowed.";

12) in Article 41:

a) recognize part 2 invalid;

b) add part 3 with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) implementation of complex development of the territory is planned.";

c) in part 5 of the word of "activities for complex and sustainable development" shall be replaced with words "complex development";
