Article 1. Part third of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2019 No. ZRU-599 "About modification and amendments in the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (2019, appendix 1 to No. 12) to state sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the following edition:
"Commodity importation, and also turnover on sales of goods (services) acquired by legal entities within the projects realized in the Republic of Uzbekistan fully or partially at the expense of means (loans, the credits) of the international financial institutions and the foreign government financial organizations approved till July 1, 2020 according to international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan are not assessed with the value added tax and the excise tax".
Article 2. Bring in the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved in the new edition by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2019 No. ZRU-599 (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, appendix 1 to No. 12; 2020, No. 3, Art. 198, No. 10, Art. 593, No. 11, Art. 652), following changes and amendments:
1) in Article 72:
the second to state part in the following edition:
"The tax rates are established by this Code. Rates of the excise tax can be reviewed by decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan within year proceeding from price performance and sales amount of products, including when importing";
third to exclude part;
