About modification of the Regulations on procedure for creation of funds of compulsory medical insurance and management of them approved by the Order of the Government No. 594/2002

Based on provisions of article III of the Law No. 110/2020 on modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 180-187, 353) and parts (3) articles XXI of the Law No. 60/2020 on organization of some measures of support of business activity and about modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 108-109, 186), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for creation of funds of compulsory medical insurance and management of them approved by the Order of the Government No. 594/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 66-68, 691), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word "Ministry of Health" and "healthcare institutions", "medical and sanitary public organizations" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" and "suppliers of medical services" in the corresponding grammatical form;

The second item 4 of the word of "the current medical services" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "medical and pharmaceutical services (according to subprogrammes of medical services and separately according to the subprogrammes of pharmaceutical services intended for compensation of drugs)";

3) in Item 6:

declare paragraph two invalid;

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"income gained from categories of payers of the fees of compulsory medical insurance estimated as a percentage of the salary and other payments";

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"income gained from categories of payers of the fees of compulsory medical insurance in the form of fixed amount insured in individual procedure";
