About modification of the Regulations on provision/suspension of the status of insured person in system of compulsory medical insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 1246/2018

Based on parts (4) and (9) article 4 of the Law No. 1585/1998 on compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on provision/suspension of the status of insured person in system of compulsory medical insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 1246/2018, (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 512, of the Art. 1342), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 13 to state 1) in the following edition:

"13. To persons with the heavy, expressed or average limited opportunities who are receivers of pensions and the public social benefits, persons who are looking after at home person with the heavy restriction of opportunities aged to 18 years receiving public social benefits for leaving, maintenance and supervision and pensioners of the public pension system of the Republic of Moldova NKMS keeps the status of person insured by the Government according to the term of provision of the right to social benefit, based on information provided in real time by National cash desk of social insurance through platform of interoperability (MConnect)";

To add 2) with Item 18-2 of the following content:

"18-2. To the pensioners who reached standard retirement age according to the national legal system, but receiving pension of other state, NKMS provides/stops the status of person insured by the Government based on the statement and supporting documents.";

3) in the subitem 2) Item 34:

letter h) to state in the following edition:

"h) to pensioners:

receiving pension of the Republic of Moldova, it is provided from the date of award of pension for receipt of pension;
