1. In the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 157-160, 1285), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 191 to state 1) in the following edition:

"191. The owner of the agreement for conversion on customs area shall provide to the customs recording transactions, the confirmatory report. The standard sample of the confirmatory report is established in appendix No. 34 to this Provision.";

3) in Item 234:
