Article 1. "The member of Majlisi milli and the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan have the right of free pass on urban, suburban and district rail, air, water and road passenger transportation (except for taxi) on presentation of the certificate of the member of Majlisi milli and the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon. Person accompanying the member of Majlisi milli and the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan - the disabled person of the first group, has the same right. The procedure for covering of expenses on free use of transport services is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
