About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of Articles 85, 86 and 89 Tax codes of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 12, 2018 No. 580

For the purpose of support of subjects of entrepreneurship in the conditions of pandemic of koronavirusny infection of "COVID-19", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Introduce in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of Articles 85, 86 and 89 Tax codes of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 12, 2018 No. 580 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for submission of tax statements in the form of the electronic document approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the fifth Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the operator of fiscal data - the organization providing technical process of collection and data transmission only to protected authorized tax authority or the operator of national system of marking and traceability of the marked goods in the Kyrgyz Republic;";

- in Items 3, of the 4 and 13 word of "the operator of electronic document management" shall be replaced with words "the operator of fiscal data";

2) according to the procedure and terms of transition to submission of tax statements in the form of the electronic document, approved by the above-stated resolution:
