1. According to part five of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020":

reduce amount of expenses of development in the general fund according to the program 2301150 "Acquisition of the equipment for receptions of basic healthcare institutions in hospital districts at the expense of the funds allocated from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" for the amount of 1376695 thousand hryvnias;

reduce amount of expenses of consumption on the general fund according to the program 2501310 "Financial aid to Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine which is allocated from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for payment of material security and insurance payments on irretrievable basis" for the amount of 101305 thousand hryvnias;

reduce amount of expenses on the general fund according to the program 3801320 "The state support of the sphere of culture, tourism and the creative industries in connection with action of the rationing arrangements connected with spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects at the expense of funds which are allocated from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" for the amount 222222 by one thousand hryvnias (including consumption expenses - 209222 thousand hryvnias, development expenses - 13000 thousand hryvnias);
