About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning establishment of features of creation of the protocol on the administrative offenses provided by Articles 172-4 - 172-9, 188-46 and 212-15, concerning the judge, the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with Article 257-1 of the following content:

"Article 257-1. Features of creation of the protocol on the administrative offenses provided by Articles 172-4 - 172-9, 188-46 and 212-15, concerning the judge, the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

The protocol on the administrative offenses provided by Articles 172-4 - 172-9, 188-46 and 212-15, concerning the judge, the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is constituted by the Chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption or his deputy for the rules determined by this Code with the features established by this Article.

The protocol on such administrative offenses is constituted in triplicate, two of which go the registered mail with the assurance of receipt to the judge, the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine who is brought to the administrative responsibility, for acquaintance, provision of explanations, notes and signing.

One copy of the signed or unsigned protocol together with explanations, notes concerning contents of the protocol, motives of the refusal of its signing, within seven working days from the date of its obtaining, the judge, the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine sends to the National agency concerning prevention of corruption by the registered mail. The second copy of the protocol remains to the judge, the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. In case of non receipt of the specified protocol the third copy with indication of about refusal of the judge, judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of signing of the protocol and making explanations, notes concerning its content is taken to court.
