About modification of the Regulations on licensing of production of medicines

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of production of medicines approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2012 No. 686 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of production of medicines" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 29, Art. 4116; 2013, No. 16, Art. 1970; 2018, No. 26, Art. 3864; 2019, No. 10, Art. 983; 2020, No. 21, Art. 3268; No. 49, Art. 7954).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. Determine that provisions of items 4 (1), 4(2), 4(3), 5(1), 5(2), the paragraph of the fourth Item 7, of the subitem "d" of Item 8 and the subitem "g" of Item 9 of the Regulations on licensing of the production of medicines approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2012 No. 686 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of production of medicines" (in edition of this resolution), are applied since December 29, 2020.
