it is punished by penalty at the rate to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to two years, or obligatory works for a period of up to four hundred eighty hours, or corrective works for a period of up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.
2. Violation of procedure for activities of the foreign mass media performing functions of the foreign agent, and (or) the Russian legal entity founded by it performing functions of the foreign agent, or non-execution by the other person, information on whom is included in the register of the foreign mass media performing functions of the foreign agent, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation of requirements in connection with the recognition performing the functions of the foreign agent which are commited by person, subjected to administrative punishment for the act provided by part 2 of article 19.34.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences, -
