About modification of some legal acts concerning economic amnesty

Article 1.

Contain in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 2 (2), the Art. 79) the following changes:

Article 205 to add 1) with the note of the following content:

"Note. In case of voluntary compensation of the caused damage to the owner or other owner person is subject to release from criminal liability and punishment for making of the acts provided by Articles 205 and 209 of this Code.

In case of repeated making of the acts provided by Articles 205 and 209 of this Code, release from criminal liability and punishment is not applied.";

Article 211 to add 3) with the note of the following content:

"Note. In case of voluntary compensation of the caused damage person is subject to release from criminal liability and punishment for making of the acts provided by Articles 211, of 213, of 216, of 218, 221 and 222 of this Code.

In case of repeated making of the acts provided by Articles 211, of 213, of 216, of 218, 221 and 222 of this Code, release from criminal liability and punishment is not applied.";

4) in Article 223:

a) to state paragraph two of the note in the following edition:

"Person is exempted from criminal liability and punishment for making of the act prescribed by this Article if it voluntarily paid receivable customs payments in double size, including penalties and penalty fee, with registration in the customs relation of the goods and other objects which are smuggling subject.";

b) add the note with the paragraph third the following content:
