3. The licensing body: Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. Additional documents for receipt of the license:

1) for activities for the organization and content of cash desks of totalizators:

- the copy of the documents confirming the property right or other legal cause of use of the room;

- copies of the documents confirming quality of the equipment for activities for the organization and content of cash desks of totalizators;

- positive conclusion of bodies of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance about compliance of rooms to health requirements;
