About modification of some legal acts concerning support of investments

Article 1.

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) to state the subitem "d" of Item 11 in the following edition:

"e) it is created on the basis of the international treaty;";

b) add Article with Item 26-1 in the following edition:

2) in Article 15:

add Article with Items 8-2 - 8-4 following of content:

"8-2) transfer of pastures, haymakings and types of nonagricultural grounds of category of lands of agricultural purpose in other types or in other categories of lands, except transfer of lands under construction of housing and the farmlands specified in Item 12 of article 20 of this Code;

8-3) transfer of lands of inventory in category of lands of agricultural purpose;

8-4) transfers of all categories of lands and types of the grounds allocated under cemeteries, subjects to drinking water supply, water disposal, treatment facilities, landfills in other categories of lands;";

3) in Article 20:

a) in Item 12 of the word "haymakings, pastures, earth of inventory" shall be replaced with words "cultural pastures, haymakings of radical improvement, pasture of radical improvement";

b) add Article with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"18-1) transfer of lands of inventory in other categories of lands, except for in category of lands of agricultural purpose;".
