1) in Item 3 of Article 78.2:

a) in the paragraph the second the words "one billion 1,5" shall be replaced with words "3 billion", "normative" to exclude the word;

c) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of decision making, provided by this Item, concerning objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation cost 1, of 5 billion rubles and more information on such decisions goes to the State Duma and the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation, within 10 days from the date of their acceptance.";
